The tutorial guides you through a sample project as an introduction to the tools of the Data Editing extension. Before starting the tutorial you must download the tutorial files (which include shapefiles and a few textfiles); then follow the steps in the tutorial document. To do the tutorial you need to have access to ArcView GIS 3.x and you must have downloaded the Data Editing extension.
