Tap on a thumbnail to see the full-size image, then tap-and-hold on the image, then tap Save Image. Settings--Wallpapers & Brightness--Choose a New Wallpaper, then browse to your Camera Roll and select the image. You can set it as your Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both.
Click on the link for your screen size, then right-click on the picture that loads and choose Set As Wallpaper/Set As Background. If the image is not available in your desktop size, try a larger size and set your desktop image to Stretch (in Display Properties, which you can get to by right-clicking on your desktop). These instructions may vary depending on your computer's operating system.
