This extension contains a set of dialogs, or floating windows, that give you tools to create and edit GIS (Geographic Information Systems) data. They have been designed to edit small parcel maps (polygons that represent parcels of land) but can be used for any type of data. The extension is a customization to the ArcView GIS software application, and requires ArcView 3.x to run (ArcView 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, etc., but not ArcView 8 or higher). It contains four main dialogs: the Main Menu, from which all the other dialogs are launched, the Survey Entry dialog, which enables you to enter and save property surveys, the Parcel Editor, which is what you use to actually edit the boundary lines of your parcels (or other data), and the Attribute Entry dialog, which is used to enter attributes into the table of your parcel map. You launch the Main Menu by clicking on the button, which will appear on the View's button bar when you load this extension.
