The Survey Entry Dialog saves the survey courses and comments you enter as a text ( .txt) file. When you are editing a line theme using the Parcel Editor Dialog, you can draw this text file as a line in the theme. The text file must be in a very specific
format
to be read properly, but the dialog will always save it correctly, so you don't need to worry about the format. This file is what the
Draw Survey tool
on the Parcel Editor Dialog will show you before it draws the survey.
