Selecting the Advanced User option allows you to avoid seeing as many messages while you are editing using the Parcel Editor dialog, and enables you to use a pared-down, quicker method of entering survey pairs using the Survey Entry dialog. It is recommended that you not select the Advanced user option until you are very familiar with how all the tools operate, as you will be shown fewer helpful messages as an Advanced User and will be expected to know how to use tools without prompting. There are three places you can switch between Regular and Advanced status. There is a checkbox on the Main Menu, a checkbox on the Options dialog (accessible from the Parcel Editor dialog), and two radio buttons on the second page of the Survey Entry dialog that let you switch. On the Survey Entry dialog, your fields for entering survey pairs will appear different, with an easier-to-understand set of fields for Regular users and a more efficient set for Advanced users. When using the Parcel Editor, the only difference is that you won't be given as many messages when in Advanced user mode.
